Refund policy

If you wish to request a refund you can do so. Please contact us via email (info@calyos-tm.com) and we will set about processing the refund.

If you have not used the voucher code and we confirm this with Streacom, Calyos will issue your refund, nullify the old voucher code and a new Kickstarter Pledge Voucher will be made available.

If you have used the voucher code and purchased a unit from Streacom, then you will also need to request a refund from them. Your refund from Streacom will be processed first and once confirmed Calyos will issue your refund, nullify the old voucher code and a new Kickstarter Pledge Voucher will be made available.
